This is the time you will actually have the event. Union staff opens the room 30 minutes prior to the scheduled meeting time.
If you will need audio-visual equipment at your event, please choose the quantity of needed equipment. Please note that submitting an equipment request does not guarantee availability. You must receive a confirmation from the Reservations and Catering staff before your equipment is officially reserved. If available, the following equipment will be provided at no additional cost:
One standard microphone per room (two for the Ballroom and Meacham) may be requested at no charge. Each additional standard microphone will be $10 each.
If available, the following audio-visual equipment will be provided at an additional cost:
Rental of the VHS Video-Data Projector includes the 9' x12' screen or 7' x7' screen on the third floor or 5'x5' screen on other floors.
Please check the box if you would like your event catered. An event coordinator will contact you regarding your food order. All catering orders must be received by our office at least three working days prior to the event. Please note, the Oklahoma Memorial Union has an exclusive contract with University Catering to provide all catering in the Oklahoma Memorial Union.

Please check the box if you would you like a bar at your event. An event coordinator will contact you regarding your order. All bar service orders must be received two weeks prior to the event. Please note, the Oklahoma Memorial Union has an exclusive contract with the University Club to provide all alcohol service in the Oklahoma Memorial Union. Registered Student Organizations must adhere to the "Alcohol at Student Events" policies and procedures.

Please note that submitting a room reservation does not guarantee room availability. You must receive confirmation from the Reservations and Catering staff before your room is officially reserved. The deadline for submitting a reservation request is three full working days prior to the event.
