1 Each group may request one microphone per room and two microphones for the Ballroom and two for Meacham Auditorium at no charge. Each additional microphone will be $10 each. 2 Pianos will be tuned every other month. A request to tune a piano for a specific event will result in a $60 fee. 3 The data projector rental includes screen rental.
