The courtyard created by the completion of the Archie W. Dunham-Conoco Student Leadership Center provides a quiet seating area for students, faculty and staff to enjoy lunch or study breaks.  An oversized bust of OU's first President, David Ross Boyd, completed by artist-in-residence Paul Moore, keeps a watchful eye over the Union from it's vantage point in the courtyard.  The fountain located in the courtyard was presented by the Class of 2001.  The courtyard is constructed of limestone pavers; alumni and friends of the University have the option of purchasing a paver which will bear their name for decades.  The courtyard can be rented for receptions of 350 people or less.
