The Associates room may be rented for receptions with 100 people or less, and depending upon how the room is set up, for meetings and banquets with 90 people or less. This room does not have any permanent furnishings, so it allows maximum flexibility for room set-ups. Additionally, this room may be opened to the adjacent Ballroom, Regents, and Governors rooms to form one large room.
