$15 per hour, per bartender. One bartender per 100 people.
Charges will also include one additional hour set up/tear down, per bartender.
Additional bartenders may be necessary.

Request for liquor service must be made at least two weeks prior to the event.

Student events will require a check-in table, $16.00 per hour
and must comply with the University of Oklahoma's Student Alcohol Policy and the Oklahoma Memorial Union's Alcohol at Student Events policies and procedures.

For host bars an 8.25% sales tax will be added to the above rates.
13.5% mixed beverage tax will be added to all liquor, wine and import beer.

$250.00 minimum charge on caterings outside the building.

$50.00 out of building bar fee.

Glassware available. Rental fee applies.

The University Club, Inc. has exclusive license to serve alcoholic beverages in the Oklahoma Memorial Union. Arrangements for alcohol service will be made through the Union Administrative Office. The serving of alcoholic beverages will comply with the laws of the State of Oklahoma.

• The University Club reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any individual or group.
• State laws mandate that no alcohol may be brought into the building by the customer under any circumstances.
• Student organizations requesting alcohol service at events are subject to the University of Oklahoma's Student Alcohol Policy and the Oklahoma Memorial Union's Alcohol at Student Events policies and procedures.
• Alcohol will not be served to anyone under 21 years of age. IDs will be required.
• We reserve the right to politely refuse service to people we feel are intoxicated. It is a felony for us to serve alcohol to intoxicated people.
• All bars will end no later than midnight.
